1. How your father helped you in your musical career?
He taught us drum, guitar and bass from when we were 3 years old, and we practiced all those instruments with him everyday as we grew up. Then, he enrolled us into a classical music school where we studied for many years. We created our own first band when we were really very young which led to multiple gigs all with his help - our father supported us a lot throughout our whole life so far.
2. At what point being DJ was turned into your work?
Previously, we had several bands playing different styles (rock, pop, folk and rap music. We produced a lot of different kinds of music along the way for other artists and also for different projects for movies, tv and brands. We specialize in electronic and pop music and so we decided to compose our own electronic music mixed with pop music for our new concept. When we were young we mixed for fun on vinyl for a short time also. Now we are happy to mix seriously with both our own tracks and those of other artists who we have grown to respect also in the industry.
3. Is it easy to work with your brother?
As we played together from when we were children, we've managed to find a balance and a discipline. Sometimes it's not easy because we have to try not to confuse work and family, but it's so much more of a pleasure than an issue to do this as brothers. It's our dream and we wanna do it together.
4. Can you explain us the feeling while you are DJing in a club as important as Ushuaia?
When we play at Ushuaia it's very different of course than in a standard club, it reminds us of when we played previously live in festivals or big gigs. At Ushuaia it's more of a big show and we love it.
5. How the crowd is receiving you here?
The crowd at Ushuaia is amazing, and we try to interact with them so that they hopefully share our pleasure :-)
6. How would you like to see you in 2 years?
To have our own party at Ushuaia lol
7. Do you have any record prepared to launch?
Yes we have 2 tracks (“Sky" and “Tropical Emotion" ) which are on the new Ushuaia compilation “Sinestesia” alongside David Guetta, Kygo, Martin Garrix, Robin Schulz to name but a few… We are preparing several records and several collaborations also to release soon - watch this space :-)
8. What would be a wish related to music?
We would like to create something new and original, a new style in electronic music, and we of course want to share our music with the world and play around the world. We want our father to be proud of us.
9. If you have to pick one Dj which would it be?
Martin Garrix - no words needed
10. What's your favourite song at this moment?
OK - if we are talking about a track to play in our DJ set then it would be The Chainsmokers - Don´t let me down. But from a personal point of view it would be Sea of Love by Cat Power - one of our favourite artists.
